“M product was out of stock and not showing on the website. I phoned up to enquire and the staff were very helpful. They told me it was coming back in stock and they would put it back on the website so I could order. Unfortunately it did not arrive in time for my trip the following week.”

“They shipped my item very quickly. It was a gift I was sending directly to a friend, and customer service was very obliging and friendly about including my personalized note for the recipient. I will definitely be shopping with Superfooduk again, whenever I need to ship gifts within the UK (I live in America).”

“I placed an order and within a day a confirmation of dispatched. Reported 10 days later when no goods arrived and just got can't be tracked and order cancelled because apparently none in stock so order cancelled. No time to source replacement now before xmas. I don't believe item was ever dispatched. Bitterly disappointing service.”

“Great to find a product at a good price that I cannot get in a local shop. Could have arrived quicker but it's near Christmas and wasn't needed urgently so no bother. Website a little confusing re whether qualified for multi-buy, but price good anyway.”
