“Happy to get my Vivier products through this company. The service is exceptional and the extra messages, samples and gifts included are very thoughtful. Delivery is quick. My last orders were during promotions making it an extra bonus to have a discount on my order, and most recently a free scrub included. I was buying from a local skin clinic and they rarely had promotions or incentives on these products. Superior Skin is my new go to.”

“Order not delivered. I understand the strike is the cause, however, after repeated emails requesting at least a couple samples delivered so I can at least try the product, I keep getting the same generic email sent to me. In other words, too bad so sad we have your money, so it's all good on their end. Not impressed! I'm out a lot of money with no idea when I will receive the product. I would just return it if I could.”

“Sent the company three emails with no one responding back about my shipment. Even if they cannot accommodate my request they should at least reply. Realizing that Canada Post is on strike, I've been waiting for my product with no response. I ordered with another company and will be returning the product once I receive it.”

“packaging, shipping and customer service was incredible. however my vitamin c peptides was shipped without the dropper lid so dispensing it has been a bit harder than it would be otherwise. would it be possible to have this item shipped? otherwise, my order was amazing and i love the human touch - the little origami crane and extra gifts were adorable. 10/10 service!”
