“Hello Superloans!Towards the end of last year I pawned a few items at both the Basin Reserve and Lower Hutt stores, my first time dealing with you guys - staff were very professional and explained everything clearly to me. Your app is cool, and I had plenty of notifications when my goods were close to expiring.I don't fancy your rates but hey, that's business :yum:Just one thing about the notifications that confused me - is YES to extend a month, or pick up? Or is it NO.Hi Rick your drill has EXPIRED! Extend a month for $60 pick up for $440. Text YES & the date you'll be in or NO.Overall it was a good experience for me.cheersRick”
