"I purchased an \u201cunchecked DIY returns pallet\u201d from Supreme Auctions via i-Bidder and received a pallet that was 90% returned toilet seats \u2014 not tools, appliances, or mixed DIY goods as the listing implied.\r\n\r\nI contacted Supreme Auctions with a polite, formal complaint supported by consumer law. Their response? One generic reply, then silence. I had to hire a skip to dispose of the unusable items.\r\n\r\nAfter weeks of follow-up, raising the issue with i-Bidder, and quoting clear breaches of UK trading law, Supreme Auctions finally responded again\u2026 by banning me from bidding on any future auctions. Not for abuse, not for leaving negative feedback \u2014 I hadn\u2019t even reviewed them yet.\r\n\r\nThis is how they treat valid complaints: block, ignore, and deny.\r\n\r\nBuyers beware \u2014 if you raise concerns, you\u2019ll be cut off rather than looked after. I\u2019m now escalating this through:\r\n\t\u2022\tTrading Standards\r\n\t\u2022\tSmall Claims Court\r\n\t\u2022\tPublic platforms like this to warn others\r\n\r\nTheir behaviour speaks volumes."

"This company is a shambles, they lie and they steal peoples money hiding behind their appalling \u2018terms and conditions\u2019 which are classed as \u2018unfair\u2019 by citizens advice.\r\nI purchased 3 identical items which were on 2 separate invoices, when you get an invoice there is an option to combine the shipping. Since they were large items, they required a pallet. The instructions given are - Combing multiple invoices?\r\nPrior to paying for the delivery, please advise which invoices you want to be combined by replying to this email. Please make sure all the invoices are paid that you want combining and it\u2019s within the 5 working day deadline from the auction end dates. I DID EXACTLY THIS. I should also mention that they don\u2019t use invoice numbers and when paying for shipping you only provide your paddle\/bidder number. So I paid \u00a396 for, what I believed to be, combined shipping for a pallet to contain all 3 items. However, only one arrived. Upon inquiring, I was told that I hadn\u2019t combined the shipping for both invoices (which I had and I provided proof) and that my items were now unavailable and I would not be getting any refund. Totally unacceptable.\r\nTheir method for allocating the shipping charge is also dishonest, I paid \u00a3420 for one invoice, the following day I paid \u00a3210 for the second invoice - yet the \u00a396 shipping charge was allocated to the lower value invoice which was paid last. So they have stolen \u00a3420 from me and now I will have to take them to small claims court,\r\nAside from this, I have won other items that have shown \u2018stock\u2019 photos and have turned up in appalling condition, not as described, broken and also one item was sold as a baby monitor and was actually only a stand for a baby monitor! Crooks. They charge very high rates for shopping too and make you pay shipping by bank transfer so you aren\u2019t able to open a dispute"
