Avoid. They ignore written agreements and hold paid goods hostage. Do not trust this company if you experience any operational or system issues. I have been a loyal, regular customer with 22 successful purchases from Supreme Auctions, but their customer service team (Sam and Jess) will completely turn on you the moment their own IT system fails. I paid for a pallet, but their online collection calendar was completely full within the required 5-day window. A senior manager explicitly agreed in writing to let me collect a few days later for a £24 storage fee and told me to book it on Friday the 29th. When Friday arrived, their automated system completely locked me. Instead of manually resolving the issue like any normal business would, they are now denying their own emails, claiming I "missed the deadline," and are threatening to forfeit my fully paid goods without a refund unless I pay an extortionate £96 delivery charge (33 miles). They create an administrative trap where it is physically impossible to comply with their terms, and then use it to force you into paying extra fees or losing your stock. Shocking customer service and a total lack of business integrity. Avoid at all costs.

I purchased goods via Bidspotter and paid my invoice promptly. When I went to arrange delivery, their website displayed "Not available. Please contact the office" so I did exactly that, on 2 May, 5 May, 7 May, and twice on 13 May. I received no meaningful response for eleven days. When they finally replied on 13 May they simply resent the original payment details with no warning that my goods had already been forfeited. Then shortly after I received an email telling me my goods were gone and no refund would be issued. Their own automated system had previously sent me a 24 hour remaining warning for a separate invoice. That warning worked perfectly and I paid in time. No such warning was ever sent for this invoice. Why? They then claimed to have emailed me on 11 May regarding this matter. The only email I received from them on that date was a dispatch notification for a completely separate order. When challenged on this they provided no evidence. They agreed in writing to refund my delivery fee. I provided my bank details twice. Weeks later I have received nothing. I am now pursuing this through the Small Claims Court, Trading Standards, Action Fraud, and the ICO. For comparison, I use several other auction houses who charge up to 80% less for shipping, respond to emails within 24 hours, and treat their customers with basic respect. Supreme Auctions delivery charges are excessive, their communication is non existent, and when their own systems fail they make the customer pay for it. Read the reviews here carefully before bidding. The pattern speaks for itself.

If I would give them 1 star I would. Descriptions are highly misleading, boxed apparently is not new and frequently broken. They cahrge £96 for delivery even for a small box of items. Frequently items are missing and you have to wait ages for a refund if at all. They sent me incorrect items in a pallet with the 4 better lots missing replaced with other ones. I sent photos, lists etc they denied it was wrong. My sonwas charged £192 delivery and it came on one pallet so they scammed him out of £96. They dont reply to emails and then claim they haven heard from you. When I told them I would send a letter to start proceedings they suspended my account and replied that they would counter sue (intimidation tactics). Highly immoral company, shocking customer service with staff who clearly have no idea what they are doing. DO NOT waste your money with them

I was in a panic when my account was shut down after a breach, and support had no idea how to fix it. Then Bridgereclaim came through, pinpointed the problem, and got me back in safely. They didn’t just save my account, they saved my peace of mind.

I should have read the reviews - they've taken images from Screwfix, labeled the auction as 'Major Power Tool Liquidation Sale' and sold me used, damaged items in bad condition. Very disappointed to say the least. Crooks!

I have had countless problems with Supreme and stupidly continue to buy things from them which won’t be doing ever again! Bought a smeg kettle and toaster. Nowhere on the auction did it state it was returns. Bid and paid a hefty invoice with countless commission and stupid delivery costs. Received items, toaster was smashed at the bottom due to poor packaging, kettle had clearly been used extensively and was full of marks and limescale. Have tried to speak to them and keep getting dismissive responses where they contradict themselves! I deal with various auction companies due to my line of business and can genuinely say these are the worst of them! They are not accepting responsibility at all. Have emailed again and sent to their 3 named directors who should be ashamed of the company they have their name on.

What began as a minor access issue quickly developed into a full account lockout, disabling withdrawals entirely. Traditional support channels failed to provide transparency or resolution. Seeking a definitive outcome, I reached out to U.R.F under Unique Services. Their team identified the administrative failure responsible for the freeze, restored full account functionality, and reinforced security measures. Their professional handling brought closure to a situation that had become increasingly uncertain.

Bought a pallet of tiles, gave freight movement (brilliant company) the Invoice they collected the tiles when they delivered 7 packs were wrapped on pallet and one pack was loose on top the pallet, next week I bought another pallet of tiles gave Freight Movement the Invoice they collected the tiles this time there was 7 packs wrapped on the pallet but no loose pack the driver obviously did not count the tiles on the pallet, hence I am 4 tiles short when I complained I was told discrepancies are not entertained once they leave sight, where I work the packing area area as CCTV and every complaint is dealt with, they are proud of there 5 star rating and are not thieves like Sharks like Supreme

Beware of this company. In my experience, Supreme Auction takes payment and fails to deliver items while keeping the money. There are no clear or accessible Terms & Conditions, and rules seem to be made up when issues arise. Very poor transparency and accountability. I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious.

Avoid this company like the absolute plague! What a complete disaster of a business. They are utterly incapable of issuing a proper invoice or replying to a single email. The “pallet delivery” I paid extra for turned out to be a tiny 5–6 kg box thrown together with zero protective packaging ,not a shred of care or professionalism. The goods were nothing like the pictures, and the entire experience screamed negligence and deceit. This company is an embarrassment to basic business standards. I only wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Buyers stay far away!

Avoid this company They are absolutely disgusting in their approach to customers I paid £550 for a range of auction goods , I unfortunately had a very serious health issues whilst abroad ( heart attack ) and could not collect goods until I returned to the UK after 4 weeks recovery This company re listed my goods . Sold them to another customer and I only had 1 mail ( went into junk file ) requesting collection Their awful , dire , disgusting approach to customers is the worst I have ever seen in 40 years of business I will be taking this company to small claims court , I will be contacting their local MP and will be suggesting this company is investigated ...it’s a sham business Avoid this business , they need shutting down

This auction sold goods they did not have in their possession. We won multiple lots in an auction on 3rd of April 2025. On 10th of April when we arrived to collect, fully half of the goods (£450 worth) were missing. We were told that day that the missing items would be located and posted out to us free of charge. This did not happen. We were told we could choose alternative items from a later auction up to the value of the missing goods. When we bid on a later auction, won items and asked for them to apply the credit they owed us to the new invoice. They first said this would be done, then said they would have to refund us the missing items so we could pay, then demanded we pay the new invoice in full without any refund, and finally threatened us with court action and blocked our account. To this date they still owe us over £450 and have not responded. We have issued a letter before action over two weeks ago to no response, so we will now be taking them to court. This is not the behaviour of an honest company.

Misleading Listings and Zero Customer Support – Avoid I purchased 96 units of what was clearly listed as the Quest 35500 40cm multifunction cooker from Supreme Auctions Ltd via auction. However, what I received was a completely different and inferior product — Kitchen Express 40cm cookers, which were not advertised or agreed upon. I immediately contacted the company, but they have been completely unresponsive, despite multiple follow-up emails. This is not just poor service — it’s blatant misrepresentation of goods. I’ve had to begin the process of reporting the issue to my bank, Action Fraud, and Trading Standards. If you’re considering doing business with Supreme Auctions Ltd, I strongly advise caution. Based on my experience, they do not deliver what they advertise and fail to respond when issues arise.

Very poor and misleading description of clothing items. On line sale only couldn’t view goods which were musty and sweat stained. Never said they were new but equally didn’t say second hand but still out the RRP £ . Spent £200 on damaged goods be VERY wary buying from here if you haven’t seen the goods in person

I purchased an “unchecked DIY returns pallet” from Supreme Auctions via i-Bidder and received a pallet that was 90% returned toilet seats — not tools, appliances, or mixed DIY goods as the listing implied. I contacted Supreme Auctions with a polite, formal complaint supported by consumer law. Their response? One generic reply, then silence. I had to hire a skip to dispose of the unusable items. After weeks of follow-up, raising the issue with i-Bidder, and quoting clear breaches of UK trading law, Supreme Auctions finally responded again… by banning me from bidding on any future auctions. Not for abuse, not for leaving negative feedback — I hadn’t even reviewed them yet. This is how they treat valid complaints: block, ignore, and deny. Buyers beware — if you raise concerns, you’ll be cut off rather than looked after. I’m now escalating this through: • Trading Standards • Small Claims Court • Public platforms like this to warn others Their behaviour speaks volumes.

Absolute SCAM they replaced a treadmill that was the walking treadmill that was advertised as a running treadmill with a treadmill that doesn’t work. After making sure via email it would all be working and everything would be fine it has arrived broken with multiple motor errors showing. Then after emailing them to tell them they have replied they are closing my case with nothing they can do.
