“If 0 were an option, that's what I would have picked.I never write reviews, but this product nearly landed me in the hospital, so I felt obligated to share what happened to me. I have pre-existing asthma. I took the Supreme Nutrition Products 'Artemisia' supplement on May 23, 2026 for gut health. The product packaging contained no warnings regarding asthma or bronchospasms. Shortly after taking it, I experienced severe asthmic symptoms, which lasted for over 72 hours. It required the use of a rescue inhaler every 3-4 hours for 3 days to stabilize my breathing. It wasnt until after I researched online that I learned this product can indeed cause athsmatic symptoms. I was lucky that I stopped taking it quickly, although it took all weekend for it to get out of my system. If I was a severe athsmatic I would have probably ended up in the hospital. When I called the company to let them know, and to return/ get my money back, they just said "Sorry, we have a no return policy on any opened product" and did not address the medical issue I had at all. Wouldnt it make sense to take a reaction like this seriously? And shouldnt they be disclosing this type of concerning, even life threatening side effect? I cant belive this is the first time this has happened to someone using this product. And I still cant believe that I was dismissed like that! Terrible customer service and a very risky product. So if you have athsma or any upper respiratory issues, please dont take Artemisia, or anything from this company!”

“Didn’t deliver my product for two months, despite me emailing them 3 times to confirm what was happening, with no reply to any of my messages. Then out of the blue they delivered it after I had contacted credit card company to cancel transaction. Won’t use again. Better companies and product else where.”

“Delivery states 2-3 working days, took nearly a month. Sent 4 emails which went unanswered... shocking customer service !! Out of blue received emai stating good on their way, no apology nothing !!”

“I've been using the strawberry and cream concentrate protein for a few years now. The product is effective and tasty. The service on the other hand is nothing short of horrendous. I've had to wait nearly a month each time for my last 3 orders after being promised 3 to 5 working days. I only received my orders each time eventually after sending multiple emails and social media messages. I will never order from this company again.”

“Usually have no issues and good service but had to wait a month for my last order to turn up !!? Sent emails had no response back to tell me where my order was ? Money was taken straight away. Looking now Stock is very limited moving forward?”

“They take your money and don't deliver the product. They also ignore numerous attempts to contact them for answers via various avenues. 2 months down the line, money gone and still no product or explanation as to the delays. Shambles of an organisation, ignore unless you want disappointment.”

“My review is fully based on the company as a whole. Because I have yet to receive my products even though I ordered them November 2020! I have reached out multiple times with no response. I got a shipment notification finally in January but the tracking number just said international. So I can’t check the status. I understand shipping delays because of Covid but this is ridiculous. When or if I ever receive my products even if I love them I will not be ordering again. Very poor costumer service! At this point I just want my money back.”

“I don’t know what Is going on with this company but every single time I have ordered it takes months for my order to come, and good luck ever trying to get someone to respond to your emails. I have requested countless times for my 3.99 delivery charge back which they start for 2-5 working days delivery which has NEVER happened. It hasn’t even been with 7 days. It’s always months. If you don’t have the products in stock or the facilities to ship them then don’t advertise.”

“The worse customer service I have ever received. I ordered protein powder over a week ago and the protein still has not arrived. I reached out to customer service and requested a tracking number which I still have not received. I would not encourage anyone to order this protein product because you will more than likely never receive it.”
