“First time of using supreme, they were great, very quick to retrieve item and the product tasted amazing (Strawberry and cream recovery). However the second time I ordered from them it took over a month to retrieve the item and during this time I tried multiple times to speak to customer support and I had nothing back from them, so I'm cuaght in a 50-50 the item is incredible but I've had one great experience and one poor experience. So that this as you will.”

“The service I have had has either been very good or very poor. They will either deliver products very quickly or will not receive the order for a long time. They don't reply to their emails. One time I emailed them 5 times before getting a response.”

“The 2 items I ordered turn up with marks the box inside was dirty, it's just abit of a put off when your feel excited that you got a new product coming you just expect it to be nice, clean, shiny. Also I ordered this on Saturday didn't come until Friday so it took longer than 2-3 days to come.”

“I ordered from you guys earlier in the year and was very impressed with the flavour of your whey protein. However I'm not sure if you've changed the recipe since then but this tub I've received doesn't taste as good as before which I was a little disappointed in. The texture is really good and it mixes really well just the flavour was a little disappointing this time. Sorry to sound like I'm moaning I don't mean to I was just shocked after how good the first tub I had was.”

“It took over a week for my order to arrive after I paid for Next Day delivery. I got a free tub of protein powered to make up for it but the service of it arriving wasn’t too great and heartiest to buy again.”

“I used the whey isolate protein which works well for me as I'm lactose intolerant, the flavour is good and mixes very well, the chocolate flavour is good but could be better and taste a little more natural like chocolate milk but it is enjoyable and mixes much better than most protein.”
