Size ORMON promoted this on 2 different shopping channels,…PROMISED, You can complete this in 30 minutes, on your phone, & said her 97(?) year old Mother w/h a faulty memory completed this…WITH NO PROBLEM…!!!…HAaaa…!!!…I’m 66,& I…TRIED…for…OVER 5 HOURS, & COULD…NOT …DO…IT…!!!
I even…ATTEMPTED…the “help” option, & was informed, “To …TRY…AGAIN…LATER…!!!
And then even called, & was told they… “HAD NO ANSWER”, & “DIDN’T KNOW WHAT TO DO”…!!!
SAVE YOUR MONEY…!!!
I …KNOW… it’s expensive ( $2,500.00 ) to go to an Attorney,…BUT, …IF YOU CAN,…isn’t it better to go to a Professional…And…GET IT RIGHT…!!!

“I listen to her on public tv this week. She ridiculed a mother and daughter, making fun of their use of the endearment term "mama." Then, she accused one of them of being a liar. I couldn't believe what I was hearing! She then suggested they cash out a 10k burial policy and leave it in the bank without even knowing what their situation is. Now, how easy would it be to spend down $ in your bank vs in an insurance policy, ladies? Not great advice, Suze.”
“I purchased the Will and Trust Online Program for a semi simple Trust that I wanted to set up for my family. The product was poorly designed and not flexible. I would expect the program to lead you through the process similar to Turbo Tax, definitely not.
The other issue is the product comes with a 30 day refund guarantee but it's been over a week without any communication or confirmation of my refund. Suze Orman should be ashamed to attach her name to this product. It sure feels like I've been scammed!!!!”
“I brought my completed will, trust, power of attorney to my attorney for review, & was told it wouldn't do what I wanted and the language was no longer legal. So yes a waste of money, and worse would not be usable by my beneficiaries without a lot of legal expense. Buyer beware!”

“My husband and I recently purchased the Suze Orman Protection Portfolio.
After going through the process of signing in and beginning to fill out the Will, it was obvious that there was a problem. Not only did it not allow for more than one contingent beneficiary, it also was not a pour over Will. The type of Will required when used with a Trust. We called their support number but they explained the limitations of the program.
After reviewing these documents with our attorney it was confirmed that we had wasted our money. I'm sure needing more than one contingent beneficiary is a common need for most people.
I've known this firm for many years and know they were not looking to just make money.
So now we have a nice expensive case to organize our documents that will be prepared by our attorney.
Pretty much a total waste of money. Sad because I think Suze otherwise has done a great job trying to educate people about their financial well being.”
