“The quality of the new Sabrina dresses has gone down exponentially, which makes me incredibly sad, since the ones I already own are a mainstay of my daily wardrobe. The new Sabrina dresses have MUCH thinner, overly adjustable straps that feel very flimsy and stretch out too easily. The area where the skirt is attached to the bodice is serged too tightly, so when a wearer inevitably tries to stretch it to slide it over the shoulders and bust, one can hear and feel threads snapping! The overly flimsy fabric is reinforced with a scratchy plastic seam tape which stands out visually and has been attached in a shoddy fashion (the ends hang off). The size 4X is slimmer than it used to be (I have a few size 3X at home that fit roomier than the new 4X!), but the ability to get it on and off comfortably is very much affected by that seam tape debacle under the bust, so I'm left wondering if ordering a size up would fix that issue, or just leave me with an overly roomy dress. All in all, I'm very disappointed with the quality of the fabric and craftsmanship of the new Sabrina dresses, and I'll be returning all of them (I bought 6, thinking they'd be the same as before!). What a shame. For $90 each, these should be much better quality!”

“You are way over priced for the quality of clothes that you produce. I thought that the material for this dress was going to be the same as the other overpriced infinity dresses that I’ve bought. But for a $120 summer Dress to be made out of fabric that doesn’t even bath is ridiculous.”

“I had ordered these pants last year and 2020 and they were heavy weight and finished well. The pants I received this time were of thinner material. The finishing had loose threads. The pants are so thin that I don’t feel comfortable bending over in them.”

“Every piece of clothing smelled like Marijuana when I took them out of their individual bags. I have oreded tons of times and never had this problem. I washed them and the dresses still have a faint smell.”

“I am very disappointed in the product quality. The tops I purchased are extremely thin material and had thread hanging. I would not expect my $60 dress to be balled up into a plastic bag all wrinkled. Very poor presentation. How is the animal print top I purchased worth $45? I’ve seen these same quality tops at my local stores for less than $20.”

“The skirt is made for a giant. I will have to return it or take it in to have it hemmed. It’s supposed to be a skirt, not a dress for a six foot tall person.”

“Honestly, I have in the past loved Swak. But recently, their service sucks. The quality of their products is getting worse. Their delivery situation with FedEx is overly complicated and ordering from Canada is costly and super inconvenient. I ordered two tops in November, a white one and a grey patterned one. I received them a month later (!!!), the white one and a WHITE patterned one. It shouldn’t be that hard to see the difference between white and grey. Now I have to call their customer service and the only option I have is to leave a message so they can call me back??? What a mess. Last time I order from this place. It’s not worth the hassle.”

“The 2 items I ordered were too big. I was very disappointed that I was not allowed to exchange them for a smaller size. I would not have ordered from SWAK if I had known this was a possibility. I will not consider ordering from them again.”
