“I ordered a five pack of socks and only received a single pair. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I’m in Australia so resending before then wasn’t possible. Customer service team haven’t acknowledged my email . I paid $60 for one pair of socks , no way I want a refund .”
“When the Socks arrived there was a shortfall of one pair of socks I was refunded after I informed them of the shortfall not when the order was placed.”
“After lengthy discussions and sign-offs with Swanky Socks, our product was made twice in the incorrect colour. After raising this with them, they decided to put the blame on us, the client, and say that we had given them the wrong Pantone colour. We use multiple merch companies and use the same Pantone every time, we have never had issues before (or since). We asked for a partial refund and were declined. Needless to say, we won't be using this company ever again.”
