“Avoid. Constructed the bike, and like the reviewer James below, the bike does not track speed or distance - effectively its a very expensive static bike. Clearly there is a problem with the bike - I have a support query out with Sweatband and no response.”

“The machine was extremely easy to setup and it is one of the quietest treadmill I have used but unfortunately after only 6 month of mild use, It started to make horrible knocking noise from the motor and when I removed the front cover to check, I discovered that the motor fan which is a flimsy plastic one was to blame as it knocks the motor all the time and obviously something not right. I contacted DKN uk by email and waiting for their reply as it’s still under the one year warranty but I was disappointed to see such a lovely machine in all aspects having such a design flow with that cheap plastic fan. Will see if they would fix it or I would have to throw it away and get a different make.”
