“The machine was extremely easy to setup and it is one of the quietest treadmill I have used but unfortunately after only 6 month of mild use, It started to make horrible knocking noise from the motor and when I removed the front cover to check, I discovered that the motor fan which is a flimsy plastic one was to blame as it knocks the motor all the time and obviously something not right. I contacted DKN uk by email and waiting for their reply as it’s still under the one year warranty but I was disappointed to see such a lovely machine in all aspects having such a design flow with that cheap plastic fan. Will see if they would fix it or I would have to throw it away and get a different make.”

“At the moment still unable to use it as it is tripping the RCD/ fuse board after only a very short usage.Still investigating whether it is the treadmill or our electrical system in the house! For the short period I’ve been able to use it it has been excellent but need it to work for the all the time! Happy to do another review once this matter has been sorted.”
