“I was sent a snorkel that leaked profusely by the second use. I emailed them about the problem and was told I’d have to fill in their forms (which I consider doing their admin work but unpaid) and post it back (more unpaid commuting and time not paid), where they would assess if it was indeed faulty and if it was deemed faulty, then I’d get a refund. So much running around when they are at fault. I don’t have time for this so threw it in the bin.”

We aim to ensure a seamless returns process and that's why we offer free returns shipping. We ask for faulty products to be sent back to us so that we can assess the issue and unfortunately we cannot offer a replacement or refund without assessing the product physically ourselves. But we apologize for any inconvenience caused!

“This was the 1st time had ordered from Swimwear Galore online. I have purchased from the Malvern East store before and was extremely impressed with the range of swimwear available. I am a loyal customer of the Jantzen range as I find they last the longest and I know their sizing fits well. I ordered my one piece on Saturday 7/1/23 and it arrived by a Tuesday 10/1/23 via courier. When I opened the package, the bathers were in a zip lock bag, together with care instructions and a form should I need to return/exchange them. Great little zip bag which is handy for popping the bathers in if still wet. Bathers fit perfectly and I'm very happy with them. As this was my 1st online order, while inputting, I was offered a $10 discount if I joined as a member and spent over $100. I joined up. I originally intended to pay with some money I had left on a Visa gift card and to pay the rest on my Visa Debit card. The system didn't like that there was only the $40 left on my gift card so I ended up putting the whole amount on the Visa Debit. In doing this I missed the step for inputting a code to get the $10 discount. No worries though - I called the customer service line on the Monday morning and the lady that took the call was happy to put a credit back to my account. Needless to say I am happy to recommend this company for great customer service and prompt delivery. I look forward to enjoying my new swimwear for a long time. Thanks again Swimwear Galore.”

“Online service was great! Staff in Geelong store were awful! British lady incredibly rude and nasty, she slammed my item on the counter when I showed her a fault (hole in bathers) and asked if there was another one out the back. She snatched them off me and snapped no, then yelled out NEXT!! I left the store in shock. Young girl assisting was very lazy and not helping customers who were getting annoyed. Customer could see online that the bathers were in stock in the shop and she refused to look for them and just told her no they didn’t have them. Customer got annoyed and looked herself for 10min and found them. Would not recommend Geelong store”
