“Extremely disappointed. Avoid if you’re outside the US!
I placed an order with Swiss Chems on September 18 (Order #260961) for 4 products, and not only did I pay nearly $58 in shipping fees, but I was then told the package would take 15–20 business days to arrive—with no prior notice before payment!
This is unacceptable for a modern supplement company. You charge high fees and offer ZERO express service, no tracking updates, and slow customer response. I contacted you via email and chat, only to get vague replies and excuses.
For international customers: beware of hidden delays, overcharged shipping, and no clear shipping policy on the website.
I regret ordering from you and will never recommend this brand to any client or athlete I work with. Clean up your logistics and communication!”
