“Carl was excellent in helping me as I didn’t realise calling internationally was costing me so much per day! He liaised with my grandson after going through bundles and packages to ensure that I was happy with everything and to stop my bills being so high. Haven’t met such a friendly, caring and personable customer assistant in such a long time - thanks Carl!”
