Ordered my first custom katana and i love it, its very detailed and well crafted. The handle tight and the japanese silk smooth, it feels really good to wield it and its well balanced. The only downside was the shipping since fedex usually doesnt give good delivery options in my country but it was worth the wait.

The sword I ordered was stuck in shipping and the status kept changing from out for delivery and going back to the regional distribution center. I'm not sure what happened but it was quite frustrating to track it down. Swordis tried to help but there was not much they could do.

Recently, I ordered a katana made by Shadow Dancer. I've never had any of their swords before so I thought I would give it a try. I placed the order and received a confirmation email and a date of when to expect delivery. The sword was well packed and arrived in a very good shape. There was about a week's delay but eventually came as promised.
