I placed the order and received a confirmation email and a date of when to expect delivery. The sword was well packed and arrived in a very good shape. There was about a week's delay but eventually came as promised.

UPS delivery lost the sword and Swordis gave me a bunch of excuses, including the person claiming to be the owner of the company who said that they dont trust their customers and dont want to refund or reorder.
Do not waste your money in Swordis, ther are so many other options with good customer service out there. I wasted almost $200 with Swordis.
