The tsuka is very well shaped, the ito tightly wrapped and more comfortable in my hand than swords I have at twice the price point.

The sword I ordered was stuck in shipping and the status kept changing from out for delivery and going back to the regional distribution center. I'm not sure what happened but it was quite frustrating to track it down. Swordis tried to help but there was not much they could do.

I got recommended by a friend, so I ordered a simple Katana. UPS delivery lost the sword and Swordis gave me a bunch of excuses, including the person claiming to be the owner of the company who said that they dont trust their customers and dont want to refund or reorder. Do not waste your money in Swordis, ther are so many other options with good customer service out there. I wasted almost $200 with Swordis.

I understand that mail delivery is suspended in some parts due to unforeseen circumstances but Swordis should notify customers before an order is made. If I knew that it would there would be a delay, I would not have placed the order.

Customer support was quite rude when I said I wanted a refund for the delay. They told me I could return it and only then I will receive the refund. I opted to keep since return is too much trouble.

Just wanted to drop by and give 5 stars and a big thanks after receiving a sword that was slightly damaged. They took full responsibility, even though it wasn’t their fault. I received a full refund and immediately made an even more expensive purchase. Thanks heaps, Swordis! Looking forward to staying in touch

slight delay in shipping and color was not as pictured on the site. ultimately not 100% happy but support did offer to process returns but i also wanted to keep it. I would have been happier with a partial refund and getting to keep the sword
