UPS delivery lost the sword and Swordis gave me a bunch of excuses, including the person claiming to be the owner of the company who said that they dont trust their customers and dont want to refund or reorder.
Do not waste your money in Swordis, ther are so many other options with good customer service out there. I wasted almost $200 with Swordis.
