I bought a cane sword with an octopus handle. I talked to customer service to ask if the handle would be comfortable for long term use and it took me multiple times to get my question across. It was kinda frustrating but he was helpful and friendly.

I am an older collector and it has not always been the easiest for me to order online. The website is easy to use, and when I had trouble with getting my payment to go through, customer service was very patient and guided me through it all. They also offered to keep me updated on the package through email since I am not sure how to track it. I am very thankful.
