I was sent a slightly different version of the sword I ordered. I understand how the mistake can be made as it was very subtle. Customer service is amazing at processing a return and even shipped out the right sword before I shipped the wrong one back.

Swordis made me an offer i couldnt refuse! I received 3 swords recently to replace the 2 that were wrongly advertised. Very Happy! All 3 were hair popping sharp and the extra one is for me to get tested to verify it is actually S7 steel. Great service,awesome communication!
