Engine finally turned up a week later, looking like it had been removed by a digger! Most parts attached are smashed and broken. Didn't run due to many faults and problems.

“I purchased a number of items online payment made straight away then I'm informed it will take 5 to 7 days o be removed waited 6 days joined live chat to ask if parts are ready to be collected was told yes every item ordered is ready so set of travelling 70 miles to collect reach there I'm told nothing is removed I had to wait there for over 3 hours could not believe it and when they did remove and bring the parts to me they damaged the door and bumper with forklift the light which was posted from another branch totally incorrect absurd what a waste of journey my vehicle is still in the bodyshop waiting to be finished no thanks to this unprofessional company as I have had to source parts elsewhere and has delayed everything as I put my trust in synetiq bad move absolutely appalling service customers are being sold parts that are not as described online when purchased and there is no reimbursements what's so ever offered for there mistakes all you will here from branch staff customer service in Doncaster at fault trading standards informed”

“Item not as described or picture. Additional damage present to vehicle done after sale was made, including bad damage from incorrectly lifting vehicle with a forklift onto my recovery truck. Tried to dispute this with them and they said they cant help and left the chat. Disgusting customer service and will be taking to court.”

“I purchase a car from auction
I purchase a car from auction, I don't 100Miles to collect the car, at the gate told me that will take 10 min to bring the car out, after 10 min they told me that they cannot start the car, and they advise me to write a message to office to ask for refund, with I did, after I get a replay telling me that they will not refund me the money and I need to go back and collect it, and whatever I was told is not write is not what they sated .
Do not trust anything they say”
“A Online Chat with a Staff named 'Chealsie & Jo'. Chasing up an Order placed over 7 Days. When enquired, she didn't have a clue, and kept saying some odd parts to me. Even though ebay Item No. supplied. Then eventually, was rudely passed onto Jo, who allocated my Order and decided to Cancel and Refund, as I was 'Rude'. Recently, all parts supplied by this company have arrived very late, in poor condition, as it's always carelessly packed. Was told by Jo, to business elsewhere. Yes. Will be taking business elsewhere. As I do not want our Customers to go through this form of Service. Have gave them numerous chances.”

“I have been using this company for many years, always manage to find a bargain so the vehicles/parts are always fine.
However, I find the staff at most branches (100 miles radius of east midland) extremely rude and unhelpful, Oxford and Peterborough being the exceptions
Sort your staffs out, remind them who is paying their wages”
