“At first, although warned, I thought I would never receive my shipment. I understood the delay with Covid. But at one point I assumed the order was lost. I received very excellent customer service. And the reps that I dealt with went above and beyond to make and keep me happy. I recommend this company. And my daughter loves her case and it does exactly what we need it to do.”

“Very durable case, my son didn't end up using the straps BUT when we go on road trips he uses it :) I honestly forget if its water proof but every time he splashes it, I check on the actual tablet and it's fine”

“The watch box that I received from Amazon was faulty. This was the third item from Amazon that was faulty and I was getting pretty fed up of with having to return everything. However, I noticed a leaflet in the watch box from the founders stating that they would send a replacement for faulty items along with their email address. Erma helped me from start to finish and was honestly the reason why I would purchase another product. I offered to return the faulty product but she refused and advised it wasn’t necessary. She kept me updated the whole way. I may have received a working box a week after my original order date but it was worth the wait.”

“Thank you all so very much for you help and assistance with regard to the problem with my tablet case. I especially want to thank you all for your empathy and understanding with regard to my request for help. The case was a wonderful gift from my dear mum that passed, so that made this case so very special to me. Your team were unable to help supply a part I needed but respected sincerely how special this item was for me. Due to this time of lockdown and I said I would persevere with my case, your team kindly decided to send me a replacement now in the event it would not be possible within the near future. I cannot thank you all enough for what you have done for me, in the memory of my mums gift, it just means so very very much to me. “great customer service, quick response. great company. you can really tell they take pride in their work & product. quick recap, During this COVID19 stay home order, gave my kid my tablet to do his classwork. bought 1 on Amazon, cover was missed packaged & did not fit, contacted Tablet2Cases & they sent another one right away even tho I bought it from a 3rd party. They truly care, Thank you!”
