They are scammers, I purchased a tablet case and no response for two weeks. They don't resins to my emails and nothing is happening in my shipment!!! Avoid them!!

I will never buy with you again, the shipping tracking is not sent and they do not respond again. I am very angry about the money I have lost and the confidence that they would ship my order. I need a refund since they have been irresponsible, they sell non-existent products. watch out!!!

Ordered Nov 5, 2022…they said blah blah blah product was during transit, and since we do not have stock in our local warehouse, it was dispatched from our international warehouse. Unfortunately, the carrier returned the package to us because the package included the screen cleaning liquid 11/25/3022 still have not received a tracking number nor product. SAD!!

Still not received and did not know this was coining from China. False advertising on company’s part. I thought the case would be here by now but it hasn’t even left the shipping facility.

I ordered a case and it said for iPhone 13 when I went to check out. It then was apparently a mini but it didn’t say that prior to ordering. Then they told me it was sold out and made me buy another color. However, I received the case for the mini. Then, they won’t pay for the return shipping. Horrible customer service and messed up website

I'm very sorry that you are having this experience with us. Upon reviewing your order we were able to determine that the product originally purchased (for which we sent a confirmation email) was for the iPhone 13 Mini. When we contacted you to let you know that it was out of stock, we offered you a different color of the product in the original order. Upon you receiving the incorrect product and contacting us about this, we sent you an email letting you know that under these circumstances, we normally ask our customers to cover the postage fee, as we sent the product that was in the order, but regardless, we would like to help you by covering the return postage fee (Up to $5.00). The problem was that our system would only allow us to refund the full amount of the order, so we offered to refund the additional postage fee through PayPal. Unfortunately, we didn't hear back from you. If you would still like to resolve this issue, feel free to reach out!

Don’t buy from here unless you want a constant stream of emails requesting reviews without any way to unsubscribe. Buying from here was a mistake.

Your order was dispatched from our main warehouse in China, and although it was dispatched one day after we received it, unfortunately, there was a delay while handing the order to the airline that was going to send it overseas. 11 days since the order was placed and it hasn’t even arrived in country. I didn’t know I was ordering from China or I would’ve plan accordingly. Will have to order a whole new case and start a return process now, As it will not arrive in time
