This online retailer doesn’t cooperate or help customers there is no return label service for the product which are defective or which doesn’t fit the description you have to end up sending on your own expense they promise they will provide refund for the postage but they never refund you in full. On top of it they delivery time frame is way too long I wouldn’t trust this retailer anymore it’s better to stick with well known online retailers who at least value their customer

Thanks for sharing your feedback Binoy. We are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the outcome. As discussed over email, Tablet2Cases takes full responsibility for refunding postage fees whenever we make an error while dispatching your order. Your order was placed on Nov 29th, and it was dispatched the same day. According to the tracking information, it was delivered on Dec 12th. Based on our policies (which are stated on our website) if the product is available in our local warehouse, delivery takes 4-7 days, and if it gets dispatched from our international warehouse, it takes 12-15 days. Unfortunately in this case as we saw in the images, you ordered a case that was not compatible with your device. The case was not defective, it just wasn't the right one. As a company that is committed to our customers, we decided to refund 50% of the postage fee, which has already been done. We appreciate your feedback. Said it was in stock and would only take 5 to 7 days, ended up taking 40 days which isn’t quite the same. Very disappointed with this company.

Hi Jordon - Thanks for your recent order. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. We understand that there was a big delay in your order caused by insufficient stock. Unfortunately, your order did not come up as out of stock in our system, which lead to you having to contact us about the issue, instead of us spotting it. The delivery time frame of 5-7 days only applies if the product is in stock. As you know, once we did receive the stock in our local warehouse, and we shipped it via USPS, it did take 7 days to get delivered. We communicated and set up expectations when you contacted us via email about the dispatch timeframe at that time, but we understand that having to wait for so long is not a satisfactory solution, for which we are truly sorry. We really hope that we get a second chance in the future, we'll make sure to take this as a learning lesson and will try our very best to avoid situations like this in the future. Hello Mark, Unfortunately, with COVID-19, logistics and delivery times have been crazy. Shipping cost has increased drastically, and delivery time is varying week to week, as carriers' flights are limited. We had reaching you by email. Have a nice day! Tablet2Cases Team

Would not recommend buying from here. Waited over a month just to then find out that the package had been lost after having to reach out to them. And then to make things worse they no longer had that product in stock so now I am left empty handed 2 months after trying to purchase a simple phone case. Shouldn’t be this difficult.

I bought a Mujjo Full Leather case for Apple iPhone 12, the case arrived on time, but the quality of the case is really poor, the so called leather has chipped off from almost all the corners & sides Not sure if I was sent a bad one or it is just a bad product. Bought in Dec but by Feb, which is less than 3 months the leather started deteriorating. Don't recommend anyone to buy this case.

I ordered a tablet and still waiting to get it. So the shipping is Horrible when I have ordered things from over places and got my product. So when I get the tablet I am sending it back because I got a different one from another company.

Our normal delivery time for packages sent to the United States via standard shipping is 7-14 business days in which your order is still within the timeframe.
