Totally unacceptable service from this supplier, multiple pone calls to the delivery hotline only to be told a bunch if nonsense regarding despatch and delivery times. Not recommended and will not use again

Placed order and paid for order as listed as in stock not in stock at all was lied to and told one section was damaged so couldn't post ?? Total rubbish as contacted Preston who said spare sections are always available. Then constantly told will be available this week over and over again. When I found a number for the and called was constantly talk over by a rude member of staff. When asked to speak to a manager I was sent a e ticket telling me I was in the wrong. Eventually the item arrived (a new pole) was told all items checked by shop however was still sealed in plastic from suppliers. The customer service from this store is terrible will never order from here again and will tell everyone on the circuit which I fish to stay a million miles from the site I can not express how bad they are. Also after several complaints the item was still on the site as in stock. I called Preston innovations who told me that the pole was not being sent to any shop for at least 20 days after I ordered yet Tackleuk said they where telling them they would have it the end of the week. Never ever again. Order from here at your own peril. Terrible site

Order accepted only to receive an automated email stating it is on HOLD for 7 - 10 days due to product unavailability. It has now been two weeks with no further advice. They need a ticket to be opened for any queries. There is no reference number for the ticket or email giving details. It is not possible to add to an existing ticket as they demand the ref number that has not been provided so a new ticket needs to be raised. They do not respond to the tickets. They have no chat facility only a UK number that requires and expensive overseas call to contact. I still have no news on my order and have requested for it to be cancelled and my money returned. This is leading to a complaint to the credit card provider of possible inappropriate behavior. An altogether unfortunate experience that shall not be repeated.

Advertises items that they don't have in stock . Tell lies that they have sent said item out. when they haven't to discover the truth they still don't have item in stock . Poor service

In-shop Ive found ignorant, disinterested staff. Poor quailty casters and maggots that really shouldnt be sold. Cluttered floorspace with too much carp equipment stacked up everywhere. Very little knowledge of coarse fishing. Premium prices for awful service. Employees do not engage and communicate very well. Ive not used the online side of it, which is what seems to be based on, but instore Id avoid it if you can.

I ordered an IMax boat bag having looked at the illustration and reading in the description the item was "super rigid" It arrived minus the shoulder straps which was one of the main purchase points for me, plus was made of a flimsy plastic. After a lengthy argument with a snotty man called "Rob" to no avail I sent another e-mail to the company. The item was not what I wanted and although they agreed to a refund I will still have to pay the return postage myself. Avoid this company like the plague. Here's the first and last communication from them. Hi Greg Sorry about this, it seems that Imax has updated the product without notifying us. I have just spoken with them and the latest version does not feature a zipped compartment. I recommend returning the item to us for a refund so you can look into purchasing an item more suitable. On this occasion we will be unable to cover the return shipping costs, sorry.

Once again let down by an online tackle company, ordered 2 topkits and a pair of sunglasses online, all items in stock (supposedly). When queried the order was on hold due to glasses being in another warehouse (supposedly). I cancelled the glasses as I required the topkits for this weekend, Tackleuk emailed me that I would have them today Friday, however when asked for an update was informed an item was damaged and had to wait for another one being sent. How many times do angles have to be told lies by tackle companies when clearly they do not have the stock, get a grip Tackleuk and stop taking the p*** out of your customers.

where do i start i ordered 3 items they took my money and i got confirmation my order was on the way once it came i find out that 1 of the items was missing and the second item had a part missing then to top it off the bed chair i ordered was put together incorrectly so after one use it was on the verge of snapping contacted tackleuk and they offered a refund but refuse to pay for the shipping so its going to cost me 20 pound for their faulty goods apparently this is "chipped ..avoid this company.

Had to use 1 star to write this review, but I would have given it 0. Ordered an item on Sunday 10th July, which was shown as "In Stock". I then sent an email asking about delivery, as item had not been sent out on Monday to be told by Support Team on Tuesday at 8:48 - Support Posted On Today at 08:48 Hi Martin Your order is with our warehouse today so it should be with you on Thursday. I then asked if I would receive an email when dispatched, to then receive this reply - Support Posted On Today at 14:26 Hi Martin Yes, our system will automatically let you know when the order has been dispatched. So thought all ok would be here for my holiday next week. How wrong I was, later another email turned up - Hi Martin , We have refunded £66.48 back to you today, if you were not expecting this then it could for one of the following reasons: •We have sold out of an item so have partially refunded you, or •We are unable to fulfil your order and have had to cancel and refund you in full. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused, if you need to contact us about this please follow this link: Contact us Regards The Tackleuk Team. So to say I was disappointed is an under statement, so I sent another email to query this, and this was the response - Hello Please accept our apologies, this rod has been discontinued and our last one was damaged. You have not been charged for this. View/Respond to Ticket Regards The Tackleuk Team. (Notice they have not used my first name now - as they had done on the first emails) That's a corker, "you have not been charged for this" I should hope not after now leaving me to try to find a replacement in 3 days. First time I have used this company and will be the last !!!!!!!! I expect now to receive an reply from the owner blaming everybody but the company itself. Having now read some of the replies he has made. Now you can understand why people are not using local Tackle Dealers, and use better online companies like Amazon.

I am leaving reviews on this company on any review site that I can. After buying goods from them, I came home one afternoon to find a card from their courier stating parcel was left behind recycle bins. There wasn't a parcel there. When I made a complaint I was told that the parcel was delivered here and they have a signature. I asked TackleUK to provide me with the signature and they ignored my requests. It was left to me to contact the courier, and to tell them that I am reporting the matter to the police as someone is impersonating me. I received an email with a signature, but it is nothing like mine. I then sent them my signature and a copy of the back of my bank card showing my signature. UK mail, the courier have told TackleUK that the signature is different to mine, yet still no refund. I had a reply to another review, yet the person still said their hands are tied and that it was down to me to get UK Mail to admit that the problem is not mine. I'm no office junior, so I'm not going to deal with either party. What I did do was reported it to my bank, and they are going to get my money back for me. I will confirm that neither party wanted to see the card that the driver left here, stating that the package was left behind the recycle bins. So for your information Customer Services team, I have proof on a UK Mail card that the parcel was left outside the property, I have proved to UK Mail that the signature they have is not mine, and have allowed my bank to confirm this to UK Mail. 1* harsh? I think I was far too generous.
