Avoid at all costs. Bought a faulty brolly that had a hole. Cost me nearly £20 to return and they will not be covering postage so I am now £20 out of pocket and no brolly. Time and money wasted. Terrible Company.

Stay well clear. Very very slow to process your order then stuff is out of stock when it says on website in stock.i got a knife off them which then sent a Email to verify my age but that email goes to your junk folder . It was a good job I checked my junk folder when I thought I've not heard from these people in a while.

I should have read the reviews for this company ,I have ordered before, should have learnt from my first experience, I ordered frozen bait when it arrived it was useless ,phoned tackleuk the response was just refreeze it ,just went in the bin advice is use anybody but this company

If you want anything in a rush, or for a session within the next week or so, dont bother. Considering my order was over £100 and have shopped there before(similar mistake on past order I must add), there was zero care taken over the order then the following customer service. Took until the final day of the expected delivery date just to notify me that 4 1kg bags of wait were out of stock, not just 1, all 4...great system(or workers as thats who you blamed in the end). Took 5 days to tell me this then used the weekend as an excuse...umm seems legit. Email also didnt state which item which is handy. Worst part of it all was the customer service I received. Their reply to an actual/official complaint was...."we are all humans and can make mistakes". Very much the worst reply to a complaint iv heard, equal to saying "ah well, unlucky!" Honestly, dont waste your time and effort with this store.

Shocking customer service. Stock levels incorrect Incorrect items sent Got proof they have received items back but still no refund over a month later. Avoid like the plague

bought 2 filet knifes not received any asked for money not received , liars no customer service don't waste your time and money meny good shops on line avoid scammers

Avoid sent one alarm the other was a empty box then sent a alarm that don't turn off will never use these again

My order just sat in warehouse and no one had any idea why.. had to chase everything up myself to get anywhere. wont use again. Poor service.

I ordered tackle on the 19th August and am still awaiting the order despite contacting them twice for an update. Non existent customer service. I will now speak with my bank to request that they seek to get cost of the order back.

Placed order and paid for order as listed as in stock not in stock at all was lied to and told one section was damaged so couldn't post ?? Total rubbish as contacted Preston who said spare sections are always available. Then constantly told will be available this week over and over again. When I found a number for the and called was constantly talk over by a rude member of staff. When asked to speak to a manager I was sent a e ticket telling me I was in the wrong. Eventually the item arrived (a new pole) was told all items checked by shop however was still sealed in plastic from suppliers. The customer service from this store is terrible will never order from here again and will tell everyone on the circuit which I fish to stay a million miles from the site I can not express how bad they are. Also after several complaints the item was still on the site as in stock. I called Preston innovations who told me that the pole was not being sent to any shop for at least 20 days after I ordered yet Tackleuk said they where telling them they would have it the end of the week. Never ever again. Order from here at your own peril. Terrible site

Order accepted only to receive an automated email stating it is on HOLD for 7 - 10 days due to product unavailability. It has now been two weeks with no further advice. They need a ticket to be opened for any queries. There is no reference number for the ticket or email giving details. It is not possible to add to an existing ticket as they demand the ref number that has not been provided so a new ticket needs to be raised. They do not respond to the tickets. They have no chat facility only a UK number that requires and expensive overseas call to contact. I still have no news on my order and have requested for it to be cancelled and my money returned. This is leading to a complaint to the credit card provider of possible inappropriate behavior. An altogether unfortunate experience that shall not be repeated.

Advertises items that they don't have in stock . Tell lies that they have sent said item out. when they haven't to discover the truth they still don't have item in stock . Poor service

Once again let down by an online tackle company, ordered 2 topkits and a pair of sunglasses online, all items in stock (supposedly). When queried the order was on hold due to glasses being in another warehouse (supposedly). I cancelled the glasses as I required the topkits for this weekend, Tackleuk emailed me that I would have them today Friday, however when asked for an update was informed an item was damaged and had to wait for another one being sent. How many times do angles have to be told lies by tackle companies when clearly they do not have the stock, get a grip Tackleuk and stop taking the p*** out of your customers.

Absolutely disgusting service. Item delivered to my dustbin so was nicked so they claimed through royal mail & then heard nothing from them so £110 down & no goods to show for it. Fobbed me off until they made their claim (which royal mail have confirmed) then ignored any emails. Total ignorance & theft of my money
