“Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the product and would like a replacement extender. We received the mattress (after much delay of finding one in stock) the day before we left for camping (it was ordered months in advance). Once at the campground we blew up the mattress with no difficulties but when we tried the extender it kept deflating. Upon investigating we discovered the actual seam had come apart. (I do have a picture if need be) We attempted to patch the seam letting it sit for 24 hours but this did not work because it was the seam. Then, after the trip was over when we tried to repack the mattress when dipping up the carry bag the zipper broke immediately. I paid $375 to you guys instead of going with a random $150 mattress in hopes the quality would be better and I am disappointed. I am hoping you guys make this right. I gave you 3 stars because the matress did work.”

“Let’s start off by the shipping process the box is big and fully packed tight so that when it gets thrown around during the shipping process it doesn’t break there is so much foam in the box great job on this and the lights are easy to put on and look even better in person thank you”
“ordered the bulbs and one of the led never lit up I turned it around and it still never lit. the dome bulb did not fit at all it seemed way to big to fit and was bending the contacts. would not purchase these there sare many companies who sells them, yes sorry i purchased them from here”
