“Wish there were zero stars it has been the worst after service from the customer support team my sales agent has tried his best but could not assist me he has sent countless emails and none of the customer service team contacted me for months. They sold me a broken Samsung machine and have been sending technicians from Samsung who have not been listening to my complaints and have done empty loads and said that the machine works. But my complaint has been for going on 10 months that the machine does not wash properly after months of having to do 1 load of washing on either pre-wash and in most cases a double wash they say it is a maintenance problem and they will do a drum clean I have done 3 drum cleans but my question remains if I complained the 1st time when the machine was still brand new asking for a replacement and now it is a maintenance problem of a dirty drum they sold me a dirty machine. It took the customer service team from Tafelberg months to give me a call my sales agent has been trying his utmost to get a response from them and has been asking them to call me. The biggest mistake of my life tafelberg does not give after-purchase customer service please be very careful purchasing anything from them.”
“I recently spent R 169 000 at Tafelberg Northgate and Green Point combined. The TV arrived (from Green Point) and it was cracked, the fridge water filter was leaking and the dishwasher was broken and I had only used it twice. Tafelberg refused to replace any of the appliances. I had to buy a new TV. Items that are brand new should be replaced immediately and not have to be repaired. Three defective items makes me think that Tafelberg is selling defective appliances and refuses to replace them once the defects are exposed. I understand that items that are months old should be repaired, but items that are brand new should be replaced immediately. I seriously think you should consider buying from Takalot of elsewhere where defective items are replaced without question.”

Can you believe it. They suck with the advertising and sales pitch. And after service. Please go ahead and contact me to verify. I have the mail that was sent with the product number. I spoke to the store manager and Juan sales consultant. offer me one for R5999. For the 4 plate burner price change .”
“I ordered appliances from them. They went out of their way to accommodated me by bringing the delivery forward in term of their delivery policy. One of the items in the order was a kettle which failed after 3 months use. They replaced it under the warranty immediately without having to get it authorized by the manufacturer.”
