I just spent an hour and ten minutes waiting on hold, when I finally reached someone, she kept giving me the wrong price. When I tried to do the math with her for the third time she simply hung up on me. I have just wasted an hour and a half my life on their lousy customer service. Talbots just lost a two thousand dollar sale.”
