When contacted about the issues he was dismissive and even though taking the videos required to honor the warranty he is doing everything to get out of doing a refund even though I’ve had this engine less than a week. Avoid at all costs”

“Bought some headlight units through breakerlink from these guys ( known as Vauxhall Trev)
One unit was not working and my local garage said a repair had already been attempted on the unit. Despite good communication from them via mail, they offered a replacement if i had it in writing from the garage, and also sent the unit back to them, obv at my expense, complete waste of my time. No refund was offered.
I wouldnt recommend or ever but from again to be fair. Pretty rubbish”
“I was looking for a inlet manifold for my zafira had several people saying they had one but turned out there were two for the year and the one i have isnt easy to find. T&T where the only ones who checked the specific engine number for my car which is ZX16XE1 they had one it was delivered in good order within 2 days. It was packed well, even included a hoodie to keep it in place lol. I would certainly recommend anyone needing parts for their car to T&T it's nice to find a company that knows there cars. Thank you so much. Very friendly and helpful too.”
“Bought a car headlight for my corsa opened the box up. Part of the frame was broken. Sent back for a refund. Rang them up to see where my refund was. Very rude man answered the phone not at all helpful. So don't think I shall get a refund. Rip off. Don't order from T&T motors. Beware.
Bought a vauxhall corsa headlight from T&T vauxhall service Ltd. Arrived 2days later opened box part of the frame had broken. Sent a picture of the part that broke.told me to send back which I did and I had to pay for the return. Rang them up after a week a man answered the phone very rude. Tried to put me through to someone else the phone rang making a lot of noises on there phone waited 10 min no answer. In the end I just gave up. Never did get my refund So don't buy from this company. Beware.”

I had a terrible experience at **T & T Vauxhall Services**. The manager/owner was incredibly dismissive and rude. From the moment I walked in, he seemed angry and uninterested in helping customers.
Whenever I tried to ask questions, he talked over me and was extremely condescending. It felt like my concerns didn’t matter at all. It's really disappointing to see such poor customer service.
If you're looking for a place that values its customers, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Save your time and frustration—avoid **T & T Vauxhall Services**!”

“Ordered an engine from t & t vauxhall services. I Requested a specific engine which I was told was correct. When it arrived it was completely different to the engine I already had in my car. I relayed this onto to the company but was told it was the correct engine, I told them it was different and that I was going to send the engine back. I was then greeted with abuse and vile comments from these people. Making out I was the one in the wrong. I read through the terms and conditions and I was well within my right to get my money back so i returned the engine and had to order another engine from a different company and funny enough it turned up and was the CORRECT engine. They say they are experts in vauxhall but in my opinion dont have a clue !!
I would never ever recommend this company to anyone! Stay well clear.”
“Bought an engine last year off Trevor who owns T&T Vauxhall, assured me it’s the correct one, after I told him there are two types, but turns out he sent me the wrong engine, rang him and told him my mechanic said is the wrong type, he kept saying it’s the right engine, he wouldn’t have the engine back insisting it was the right one, so basically I have an engine that’s no good to me, I would never recommend T&T Vauxhall to anyone , please go elsewhere.. customer service is non existent.. when you want your money back.. they deserve a 0 star rating …”

Couldn't ask for easier and faster supply. Will certainly use again should I need to. 🤞I won’t, but will save contact details.
