“Placed a order over 2 weeks ago and had no response I e-mailed and was told they should he getting a delivery on Thursday or Friday I e-mailed today Tuesday and said the customer service was non existent so I asked for a refund would definitely not recommend them”
“Sent the wrong sized item, queried with them to be told the size I ordered is out of stock-so why send an XL when I’ve ordered S?! No paperwork or returns info with the order. Checked website for a “code” I was offered. Couldn’t find anything. Complete lack of communication. Didn’t reply to my messages despite me asking them to. I have animals and work full time - they are an agricultural retailer but when I said I couldn’t stay in all day waiting for them to collect it it’s my fault. I eventually paid to return the item myself and they now refuse to reimburse me the postage which, had the item been showing out of stock on their website I would never have ordered and would have saved all this stress and expense only for them to stick their heads in the sand. I would never use them ever again and would advise everyone else the same”
