“Would have been 5 stars but I had to chase the company to find out my delivery date. As it happened, delivery was 3 days after ordering which was pretty impressive. The item, a Bristan 1901 surface shower mixer was well wrapped & as expected & also the best price I could find online.”

“Items arrived damaged, twice. Customer services agreed to swap them both times but this was a pain as someone needed to be at home for then DPD driver was due to swap them over, including one failed delivery attempt. So basically three day’s wasted waiting in.”

“Item was damaged and it took 4 days for someone to reply to me (even though they claimed they would only take 24 hours to respond) to confirm they will send out a replacement part. Still yet to receive so can’t do a full review until it’s received and everything is in full working order.”

“Hi the Hudson Reed product supplied was of poor quality cheap wrapped panels and doors peeling on the top on delivery fortunately this was covered by the sink. The cost was out of all proportion to the product quality. I appreciate you do not make these items but I would have thought your quality control would check the goods you sell are of a high standard.”
