I’ve been looking into getting an NFC business card for a few months now. I was between Tapzo and V1CE and I’m glad to say that I couldn’t be happier with taking the plunge and choosing Tapzo. Tapzo being a British company played a small part in my choice but ultimately every time I had a question; Tapzo would respond the same day, usually within the hour… whereas V1CE took 3 days on average to get back to me with 2 emails being completely ignored. Customer service plays a big role in how and who I purchase with. Of course, I plan on never needing customer service again, but if I do… I’m confident Tapzo will be able to help swiftly.

What an upgrade! I wish I had known about it earlier. I've been using a DIY NFC card for a few months, but Tapzo could have saved me a lot of time and money from the beginning. My DIY card is just a plain white one that cost me £5 initially from Amazon and an extra £39 each year for domain and hosting renewals. On the other hand, Tapzo only costs me £30, and there are no yearly fees. It's pretty easy to see that the DIY card doesn't really save money in the long run. Plus, with Tapzo, you can have your own cool design on the card, way better than a plain white card. If you're thinking about 'saving' money with a DIY card, seriously reconsider and check out Tapzo. Yes, it costs a bit more upfront, but you'll save a ton of time and money in the end.

Shoutout to Tapzo’s graphic designer. I didn’t have a logo but still wanted a custom design. Tapzo created a design using my initials that then was engraved onto the black wood card. The card came very clean, there’s something super elegant about how the black wood card feels and looks.

Just like most people, I've been trying to reduce my reliance on single-use items. The Tapzo card is another step in the right direction I'm trying to head towards. What a brilliant piece of tech and idea.

Amazing customer service. I messaged their WhatsApp helpline on Christmas day, I had a few questions about setting up my account. 30 minutes later they had me all set. To be honest, I wasn't expecting a response for at least 48 hours as it was the holidays. But I had a very polite and helpful customer service agent assist me in no time. Well done Tapzo.

All in all good so far. Well priced compared to V1CE and Mobilo. No recurring or hidden fees to unlock features. Simple to use even for a dinosaur like myself. 100% recommend Tapzo

If I’m completely honest, I didn’t expect much. I ordered the Tapzo card of a whim after seeing their LinkedIn advert. The concept seemed intriguing and I enjoyed the play on words of their tosser ad campaign.

To my surprise the card is brilliant. I like that I don’t have to have a bulge in my pocket carrying multiple business cards everywhere. I originally thought that an app or something would be needed to make the card work and that the ‘just tap’ slogan was a simplified explanation of what to do…but luckily that’s not the case - You really do just tap!

The only thing I’ve noticed is that Android’s can be a bit tricky locating where to tap the card as you have to tap the card on the NFC reader of the phone and this is a different place on Androids than on iPhones. But after using the card now for 2 weeks at 3 different events, I can say that this isn’t as big of a deal as first thought, it’s more of a learning curve. I plan to bring Tapzo to my director's attention to get the whole company using Tapzo as we try reduce our footprint next year.

It not only functions as a cutting-edge networking tool but also serves as a captivating conversation starter, grabbing attention effortlessly. Whenever I introduce the Tapzo card in response to requests for my contact information, it consistently ignites curiosity, prompting questions.

Credit where credit’s due, Tapzo has excellent customer service. I needed help with creating a design for my custom card. Not only was I able to get several revisions but I also had assistance setting up my Tapzo profile. Deivid and his team were nothing but patient and professional. I’ve had my card for just over a week so only have used it a few times but so far soo good. I can’t wait to get tapping 😄

From start to finish, using Tapzo was a breeze. I was ordering business cards on behalf of another company, I had super quick responses from the team as I needed to be able to control and set up all business cards from my end. The team was incredibly helpful in setting everything up and they went above and beyond to get the cards sent to me with such a tight turnaround. My clients are incredibly happy with how they look, and they were a game changer at their conferences and events, they expressed how impressed others were at the speed and ease it was to obtain information from the card owners. We’ll continue to use Tapzo moving forward with new employees as the company continues to grow.

I've had my Tapzo card for about four months now, and for the most part, it's been rather brilliant. I'd definitely recommend this product to anyone in the professional world who's looking to reduce their reliance on disposable items. However, there are a few things I've learned that I think are worth sharing before you decide to order one. If you're thinking about getting a Tapzo card, I strongly suggest having a QR code printed on it as a backup option. They offer this service for free, and at the time of my order, I didn't pay much attention to it. But now, I realize how crucial it is, and I'm grateful I went for this option. The reason is that sometimes the card struggles to be read by Android phones. Having a QR code as a backup is a lifesaver because it allows you to simply scan the code in case the tapping doesn't work. This issue is more related to Android or the way someone taps the card, and not really a fault of Tapzo. Most Androids have their NFC reader in the same spot as iPhones, but there are some exceptions. It's these phones that can put you in an awkward situation when you're trying to tap the card and nothing happens. It can take a moment to realize you're tapping the wrong spot on the person's phone. The solution is pretty straightforward – just tap in the right place on the phone. However, for some reason, when the initial tapping attempt doesn't work, your first thought isn't usually, "Let me try tapping somewhere else on the phone." Instead, there's a moment of panic. This panic can lead you to keep tapping in the same spot and getting the same disappointing result, which can be quite awkward. (Maybe it's just me, but I believe having a QR code as an option is essential to prevent this from happening.) I was torn between giving a 4 or 5-star review for this reason. In the end, I opted for a full 5 stars because this issue isn't really Tapzo's fault. I decided to offer this feedback to help others be aware of the potential situation and not as a reflection on the quality of the product itself.

I would recommend Tapzo to anyone looking to save money and reduce their carbon footprint. It’s an interesting piece of tech and I'm so excited to see where this will go as it’s still early days. Owning the card since March 2023, I’ve seen several updates that have improved the functionality and user experience, the main one is the introduction of analytics. I hope they continue to develop this as there is a lot of room for innovation in the industry.

Our team and colleagues love these - avoid the mountain of silly paper waste from something that has a 5-second lifespan whilst still providing folks with the ability to have something tangible to show when they share their details. They like how we can customise the screen and have LinkedIn profiles baked in. Super easy to use.
