"Taser under Axon is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Once again a Taser product arrived with inadequate instructions for someone unfamiliar with the product, the product door wouldn't open & the paper sticking out from it wouldn't fully pull out & when after 4 Hours I finally was able to open the door (the instructions did not properly tell me how ) the paper was still sticking under a battery (Photo 1) and I had to spend more time getting it out & then I still couldn't close the door as in my opinion it is physically impossible (See Photo 2). My brother in law was finally able to do it & he said you must perfectly align things which takes time which wasn't like their YouTube Video. The Cartridges come in a case that looks like a tight medieval torture system & the instructions do not adequately tell you how to open the case & get the cartridge out. It took me 2 Hours of trial & error.Even worse is the customer service for consumers is terrible at best. You call the company up & you get contradictory phone options that make no sense ( listen to all of them & tell me I'm wrong) & then you get the usual \"Due to overwhelming amount of calls\" (I called I believe around 9:10 AM PST) you get to leave your phone number which they then do not return your calls. I think the product itself when it is properly assemble & works is a good one but I will buy this item in the future from a smaller store where I can actually talk to a human being who actually answers the phone who can help me with any assembly\/installation or technical problems I may have which apparently Taser\/Axon can not do in what I consider acceptable time."

"I was very excited about this product - I love the unique design and all the intelligent features (like the infrared aiming sight that turns on when the device is armed.) I work in the inner city and it has been getting crazier and crazier since COVID, so I decided to get a non-lethal taser for protection. I am very happy with the Bolt 2. The training videos make it easy to learn taser safety, and how to set up and use the device. I feel comfortable carrying and using it if I have to. I also love the fact that this is a smart self-defense device that pairs with your cell phone. There's really no price to put on the kind of confidence and peace of mind the Bolt 2 brings. Invest in your safety - You're worth it."

"I think this is a solid battery; however I received it at 57% instead of the 99% I usually receive, the battery also had damage on it in it of itself. It still works. It's just somewhat disappointing to see that the battery has damage and wasn't at a full capacity. This isn't going to prevent usage of the Taser as it still fires normally. Just know they're not rechargeable. And that means less usage of this battery life in the long run"
