“I purchased the first generation Strikelight and had it about 2-3 years but the product was defective. I never had to use it which is a good thing however I would trigger the device periodically to make sure it was working. The unit failed to trigger on the first, second, third time. I didn't have confidence in the product in needed in a emergency. I contacted the return department and because I didn't keep my receipt I had to purchase another Strikelight. In fairness, they offered me a 35% discount.
I am giving the a rating of a 3 Star because having to replace a product that was defective in such a short time perion. Giving them a 5 for customer service.”
