“I brought a pair of Lucas LSLC22-12G 22Ah 12 volt batteries back in March 2016 as replacements for the APC batteries that were failing in my original APC UPS. On the strength of the outcome of the tests, I brought two more in May 2016 as my test batteries for when I do service and repairs of APC UPS units.
The same pair has been used over and over again doing 80% discharge and then recharge cycling at 950 watts and still to this day are going strong. Originally they gave me a runtime to shutdown of 31 minutes compared the the original CBS cells that ran for 17 minutes (due to a 5Ah uplift in capacity) and now after 200+ full discharge and recharge cycles, I still get 29 minutes.
I was advised to get the batteries from Tayna by a collegue who had experienced Tayna himself and I alway advise people to go here first for UPS battery swaps. I have brought both AGM and leisure batteries from Tayna and they always do fast delivery at a price you cannot argue with. Any data you need about loading, battery specifics, calculating runtimes....anything... They know what they are doing and never have given me any doubt that my battery needs are in experienced hands.
My first expereince with these guys left me unprepared for the replacements as they turned up in a day, were well packaged and ready to go from the outset.
Save your time and money by just getting what you need here... it's a no brainer”
“Absolutely disgracefull. Would never buy another battery from this company. Only had the battery for less than a year when it failed. Followed all their advice like recharging (many times) but when complaining, they wanted me to return the battery to them, at my cost.They said they would test it, but with no independant witness to verify their findings, they could have told me anything.so, in the meantime i would be without the car for probably a few weeks. I asked them for a replacement, or refund but got told to return the battery to them, at my cost. Was considering legal action against Tayna, but this would have meant many weeks of legal action and all the time i would not have been able to use my car. Decided that i would purchase a new battery from my local supplier, and if, which i doubt, i had problems, then at least i could get it sorted locally. I have now had to buy 2 battereis within a year. Would certainly not recommend buying a battery from this company as their customer service is abysmal.”

“I purchased through their ebay listing, i picked them as they had pretty quick delivery, they contacted me back straight away, even though it was a sunday to confirm i had the correct battery for my car as i had picked the larger of the batteries suitable for my car. It arrived on the day listed and fitted with no issues. It was 25 pound cheaper than the same model on Eurocarparts and that was with their 35 percent discount. Will deffo use again A +.”
