“I bought some batteries from Tayna just before the Christmas period. Through no fault of theirs the batteries got lost/found/lost/out for delivery/lost/found etc etc repeatedly by the courier company.
Throughout the entire fiasco Tayna kept in constant contact, offering just about every option inc. a full refund or replacements which would sent out as soon as the Christmas/New Year chaos was over.
I eventually opted for the refund and replacement route and Tayna re-delivered the items by another courier with no problems whatsoever.
Would I use Tayna again? 100% yes - they showed their true colours by giving me a further discount off of what was already a great price for the inconvenience and didn't shy away from the problem in the first place.”
“We have bought all of our batteries for our work vehicles from Tayna batteries for many years now, best prices & next day delivery. Have never once let us down”
“Worst company ever rip off merchants selling faulty batterys and blaming the customer Keep well clear use euro car parts gsf or anywhere else but here. tried to charge me to return the faulty rubbish the call batterys”
“Purchased my leisure battery9 months ago for my camper its permenantly on trickle charge unless we are away. It’s just died, on return to Tayna I received the reply “I'm afraid to report that while the battery has failed, it has not failed due to manufacturing defects, but has failed due to not being kept charged. If a battery is not kept above 12v, sulphation will occur“ oh really ! I’d be interested to know (and woukdtrading standards) if they have ever changed a battery under warranty. All the good reviews are on quick delivery, none based on after sales care. Avoid”
