Hi there, I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulty accessing Teach Starter! We are able to be accessed online via Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Safari. As with most online software products, we no longer support Internet Explorer, as this has been retired by Microsoft and replaced with Microsoft Edge. We always recommend using a broad search term ('fractions', for example) and then using the filters to narrow down the search. “I was told that a free subscription would allow me to download some resources but I find it incredibly difficult to navigate the site to find things that suit my needs and everything is pay to download.”

“I still can't access anything as the drop down message blocks everything. It was meant to have been fixed two weeks ago. I need to find resources. Have not been able to use it all year so far. Definitely not worth the subscription I paid.”
