I'm disgusted that after paying for a repair plan that you are firstly made to wait 7 days for an engineer then another 7 days for them to confirm you can have a new washer, even after calling them out 3 times in 2 months, then another 5-7 days for delivery of a new washer. I WILL NOT BE BUTING ANOTHER REPAIR PLAN FROM CURRYS. Awful service, I wouldn't even give it one star.

The 1st delivery - the workers didn't even bother to check that the dishwasher was disconnected: a basic error.

Disgraceful service .sold a blind man a faulty TV took it back for repair returned it no different returns process poor even though tv only 7 months old rhey refused refund dldcscful treatment of blind person as if i havnt got enough misery in my life. Thanks currys do.nit buy from currys they sre a rubbish company they treat blind people le like idiots .......

Charley also told us that we could return the new printer for a full refund if less that 30 days had passed since we bought it but that make no sense as we have used it.

I would give 0’stars if I could , sick of calling them for a refund /replacement each staff member gives conflicting info. The said item was bought in Dec 2022, replaced in July 2023 as faulty. Faulty again so wanted refund. The latest one said will refund once received, then get an email stating need more info. ANNOYED isn’t the word.

Not a delivery it was just a set up of 2 TV .Thank you for great service today, phone call yesterday ,arrived on time . Can't fault them . Only thing l could say pricewise Currys is extortionate . Lovely guys today thanks again

Hey, took my father to curry’s at Peterborough, we had asim help my dad with a new tv, he was well mannered, easy to talk with, he explained all different things on different TVs. I had Andy on two different occasions. Andy and mark has installed my tv and even when it had an issue they still remained until they could find the problem. Very high service of installation
