“I placed an order on May 24th 2018 (order 7115) and am yet to receive the software I purchased. I have queried it via email (on May 31st) and phone (June 1st) and so far this has not been followed up.”

“The product key is rejected at activation. The phone number for techee is not manned and my emails have not been answered. Avoid!”

“Disc did not work. Corrupted my computer. I would like my money back. I had to purchase Win 10 from microsoft to fix it and had a lot of trouble installing that.”

“Ordered Windows 10PRO. Received an ancient version on DVD. It failed to recognise some of my PC components. Needed a complete replacement by downloading the most recent version in order to get it working. Activation failed claiming the License key had been used on another machine. Hours of work and telephone calls to get it sorted.”

“Terrible avoid at all costs had issue with disk i ordered there phone number isnt manned and never is and they simply dont reply to emails avoid at all costs you have been warned”

“Installed Win7Pro from disc provided. Activation code also provided wouldn't activate. Microsoft website identified install as counterfeit software. Vendor advised that this is a common problem. Deleted partition. Will get Win7Pro from elsewhere.”

Hi Alan, We sent you instructions on how to resolve this issue Friday morning, please follow these instructions exactly and your will be able to activate your software using the telephone activation system. “Ordered an Operating System. After I installed it Microsoft are now harassing me saying the product key is invalid and that I have to buy another one! Package arrived in 8 days instead of a maximum of 3. Despite paying extra for tracked shipping I never got a shipping number. When I contacted them they said there was an error with the website and that my order would arrive the very same day. Instead the order (An OS disc) arrived 3 days later in a plane envelope with no protection, it's a disc!”

“I bought a download copy of Microsoft windows 7 professional and when I installed the download it would not update properly therefore I could not get the correct authorisation to saying that the download was the genuine.”

“The product code was duff and the link that was eventually sent was windows 10 home not Pro they just kept sending the same link and the computer said up graded checked activation it was still windows 10 Home beware of duff product code and selling you the wrong product”
