“Order made 23rd March, still not received item. Have chased up once and got an immediate reply, so clearly do address issues quickly, but still have no operating system for my laptop.”

“Received 87k download file which doesn't appear to work. No instruction and assumed a hard copy would have been posted but to date nothing. At the moment I feel I've just wasted my money.”

It also appears you ordered a download version, the product page states that it's a download so no physical disc is provided - ^Techee

“I purchased a windows 10 cd and license key. The install cd worked fine, but the license key does not work. Raised the issue with support and got one email which did not resolve the issue, and have not heard back in nearly a week. Currently I cannot recommend purchasing through Techee.”

“After receiving the Windows 10 disc I wrote to say it wouldn't work. They said they would send details of how to solve the problem, but weeks later I still have received nothing. Won't be using again!”

“This windows after activation doesn't want to update and doesn't accept Norton antivirus - after I've been install the Norton antivirus, the logo Win screen remains block/stock. More or less -it's a piece of crap this product from you guys!”

“hi i bought a copy of windows 7 (64bit) and have been waiting 5 days (3 working days), i have not received anything yet and it also says on the order page "awaiting dispatch" i have called them, to my surprise there was no one on the phone lines (all our lines are unmanned) i left them a message, i really need this tomorrow so i don't know what more to do, i mean £35, that's too much money not to have my package delivered and i cant charge my client much more, she'll just walk out on the job and i wont get payed (this is a small scale job, for a laptop) so it would help if there was some customer service Elliott Ward”

“Not the item advertised, the CoA is not genuine and the disc is Dell, not as shown on the order page. I had to disable Windows firewall to update, o.k. after the updates. Shame I wanted a few of these.”

“Ordering & delivery were fine. Condition of disc was poor, Scratch on disc, mechanical vibration when running terrible! How it actually installed the software is a surprise!”

“I ordered Windows 7. I received an an re-instillation disk for a Dell PC. They did mention that this disk would work on any PC only it did not. It deleted important drivers and basically made my PC worse. I now need to buy a new laptop.”

“Was getting ready to ask PayPal to get my money back. No email conformation or any dialogue whatsoever. Item did arrive and within the time specified, so all is good.”
