Emily contacted me to alert me that I'd returned an item to them without marking it as a return, and asked what I wanted to do with it and then processed the refund for me. A lesser company might have just not noticed, or not bothered/cared to notify me, and/or hoped I wouldn't notice the refund wasn't as much as expected, and if I queried it, then might have quibbled that I hadn't processed the return properly or that the return period had expired or something. Very impressed with Teemill and Rapanui, only wish they had more muted neutral and/or darker colours!”
