“The order was dispatched super quick, with great communications. The T shirt itself was good quality and fitted perfectly. The graphics on the T shirt looked great. I've ordered more based on my experience and had to ask for a delivery favour, and the quick response said 'no problem'. It's great to find companies still so focused on the customer experience. I will be using them again, and again, and again.”

I contacted Teemill to get both posted in the same parcel but was too late. “Ordered a t-shirt from the RSPB range. Royal Mail unfortunately didn't deliver the order to me. They delivered it to the wrong address. Emailed with Emily throughout the whole process. She arranged a replacement order to be sent priority. No quibble about it.
As to what happened to the original order, it showed up a day later. Emailed Emily again to say the original turned up. I was told to keep it.
Terrific customer service and product. This was my 3rd order. Won't be my last.
