“Due to weather, COVID, all the planets retrograding, my package was supposed to be delivered in late December, and still wasn't received by early January.
When I emailed Teemill, Emily (then Helen) was very responsive and offered me options on what to do next: I can request a refund, since the package was not delivered within 35 days of the original order, or I can wait a little while longer.
I figured the package was lost (it was shipped from UK to US) and requested a refund, which they immediately processed -- so *of course* my order arrived within two hours of a confirmation notice that my refund was processed!
I emailed them back, embarrassed, to ask if they could reverse the refund, and they were so generous, and said that this one is on them! (I'm guessing because of the extra-lengthy delay.)
I had ordered a rust-colored hoodie sweatshirt (size M), which is beautiful and fits perfectly, and my very first pair of black sweat pants (size M) -- they are both so soft, so cozy, and I've pretty much been living in them since they arrived!
The Teemill team offers some of the best customer service I've had with an online company, and the quality of their product is fantastic. Also: No plastic in their shipping/package! It really makes a difference, not having to deal with extra garbage with the package.
