“The Community Experience team were excellent in assisting me when I had an issue with some t-shirts that I had received as a gift. I was not fully satisfied with the product as it had shrunk after being washed but Helen and Amy were very understanding and were able to offer me a refund voucher in exchange for the returned t-shirts.
I was asked to return the unwanted t-shirts (at no cost) to Remill, which I understand is a sister company of Teemill/Rapanui, who recycle waste clothing into new products. I thought this was a great idea and was glad to hear that they would not go completely to waste.”

“Awful service, ordered on the 14th, estimated delivery 19th, chased on the 23rd, and replied on the 24th saying it would be shipped shortly. They then proceeded to cancel my order and issued a refund on the 25th.
Their emails are also incomprehensible so I have no idea why their service was so awful, see the image (IPhone using mail).
Real shame as I like the product and have ordered before.
I am sure there is a reason, however they can’t convey that to their customers as their CRM system is inadequate. I also left my number but no call, and of course there is no number to call them.

The previous company never responded but Teemill were excellent. The quality of the product they sent me was wat better than the original one I received and I'll happily recommend them and Jim'll paint it to anyone.”
“Very very disappointed, happy to take your money and quick delivery but that’s where it ends, complete lack of communication and very poor customer service, it could have been so simple, will never buy from again which is a shame because the charities I purchased through will suffer.”
