“The staff responsed and marked grades promptly. The content was much more in depth than I was expecting and the addition of video material was good. Overall with all the content and information I feel like not only have I achieved my goal but I have learnt valuable information too.”

“The information in the course was very helpful, and the assignments and quizzes were appropriate to the material being learned. I did feel like it was a lot of reading material to cover and could have been more interactive in its delivery style. But overall, it was a good course.”

“This course covered a lot more than I was expecting, a lot of topics that I hadn't thought off which was interesting. However, the format of the actual modules wasn't great. There was far too much text on each page, making it very daunting and a bit too much at one time. It would be better if it was broken down a bit more, even a few more pictures to break up the text, rather than just text. The assignments were fairly easy to understand, however the word count was too little. If the assignment is to write about 5 things but the word count is only 400 words it makes it very difficult to write it, making sure you have the information you want to include but is within the word count. 500 words for 5 sections would make it a lot better. Overall, the course was okay. The multiple choice tests were good, as we're the unmarked activities within the modules, it was useful to see proper examples of what was covered in the modules.”

“The on-line certificate is a complete waste of time which is why you charge so much for the hard copy. The modules are full of spelling and grammar mistakes and the feedback from the tutors on assignments is also useless. All in all this course is a waste of money.”

“The TEFL course was easy to navigate and I was able to work at my own pace. The assessor gave prompt feedback so I was able to continue the lessons. There was a ton of useful information. There were videos, but it would have been more useful if they showed the teacher in action more. Instead a lot of the videos were just of the teacher talking about what they do in the classroom. The quizzes could have been more challenging as well. But overall, it was a very good program and would recommend it to others.”

“My name is Lenny and I have been an English teacher here in Japan for about 5 months. When I began the process of trying to teach abroad I was a bit nervous about the whole process. However my concerns were quickly eased after my first conversation with my recruiter Carlos. His demeanour and professionalism was amazing and I immediately could tell I was in good hands. He was honest with me about how and where we should start looking and provided detailed information about various companies that suited my preferences. When I would ask about his experience or opinion, he always provided honest and personal feedback. He was incredibly responsive and encouraging throughout the entire process and ultimately helped me find an amazing opportunity. I came to Sapporo which feels so much like home for me. It is a beautiful city, with amazing food and people. When I took the train in from the airport to my apartment, I immediately felt at home and comfortable with where I was and what I was doing. Carlos was also checking in throughout the journey to make sure things were going smoothly. I have some pretty awesome coworkers and the students I have been fortunate to work with are amazing! The students have been the highlight of my time here in Japan. No place is perfect and I don't want to give a false impression, but when you consider all the amazing things here in Sapporo, including my students and coworkers, the not so good things pale in comparison. I cant thank Carlos enough for his help in making this opportunity possible!”

My tutor was helpful and graded my work promptly. The flexibility of being able to extend my course duration was helpful. My only gripe is that the certificate doesn't reflect my grade of 97%..”

I have one complaint, I paid extra for masters course ,but on the diploma it doesn't mention the masters course and looks like it has just been printed off ( done very cheaply) I paid 35 USD for a hardcopy and received a black and white copy.”
