hi, had trouble in not receiving our Telkom bill for myself, my brother and my mother's individual lines via email. got through on an email and then we received the bills, now it has not arrived again this month, normally in the inbox by die 8th of the new month showing due date by 27th of the month. We would not like to be cut off and would appreciate any help to receive via email again (so it can be printed for my mother who is 85 years old and does not have a phone for apps).

I have a contract for fibre wifi (25mbps) for R399 but I'm been charged R849 for 6 months now trying to fix this problem but nothing get fixed until today. I also have 2 mobile rooters and made a contract of R99 each for only 10gig data but i am charged R649 they always say my account is on ereas that's why. Finally they suspended my account on the 7th Feb they said it is on areas but i have a proof that my acc was debited R649 on the 25 Jan
