“Only just started using this company and I have only had two gentlemen doing a survey on my house. I'm very happy with the help that I have had so far and I'm now waiting for a team to do the work of my boiler. Let you know more when it is completed.”

“Salesman did his best, fairly and did not pressure me for a decision. Used his initiative to incentivise the sale but the decision not to go ahead with the project was mine. All submitted quotes were considered, it was the poor return on investment that was the decider nothing to do with the companies quote or manner.”

“I am pleased with the new boiler. I was not pleased initially. There was some dispute between the men that installed it and the person that had done the original estimate for me as to where to site the new boiler, The installers also tore the flooring in my kitchen in 2 places. I was given £50 off the the total cost but that did not cover the cost of the repairs.”
