Awful company, wish I looked at the reviews first. Never received the item and no longer need as it’s been over 4 months! They still won’t give a refund. DONT ORDER, YOU PROBABLY WONT RECEIVE

Delivery is ridiculous! I ordered on 22nd February. It's now 7th March. Tracking says my order is in France!

The Tenstickers website appears to be from the UK - they advertise Royal Mail and they don't tell you they're actually based in Spain. I ordered 11 rolls of wallpaper and paid the extra £21 for DHL Express delivery only to get a call form DHL two days later asking for £61 import duty. Clearly Brexit isn't their fault (don't start me off!), but they have a duty to their customers to be transparent about where their products are coming from and what hidden/additional charges we should expect. I've raised a complaint with them and await their response.

Stay away from this company! The flooring I ordered didn't end up working in the area I ordered it for. Sent it back to them in the same packaging they sent it to me in, exact address and phone number they gave me for the return. A month later, it comes back to me as undeliverable. I e-mailed the company explaining this. They basically said, we have to get the product back to give you a refund. So I'm now out the money I spent for the flooring AND the almost 60 bucks to send it back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY THINK YOU WOULD LIKE A RUG CUT IN HALF FOR EASE OF DELIVERY. I ordered a Christmas rug for the kitchen, my wife wanted it. It said free delivery. Ideal I thought. The rug turned up, cut in half! In what world, in what realm of fantasy did they think that I would want a rug that was cut in half. Buying online is similar to buying in a shop. I wouldn’t walk into a shop, and say “can I have that rug please, but before I take it, please rip it into two equal parts.” When I questioned them on it, they told me that’s how they send free post. They said it was in the checkout wording, it isn’t, otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered. After a great deal of me having a go at them thinking that is what anyone would want, a rug cut in half, I ended up contacting my bank to get my money back. If a product is not fit for purpose-a rug in 2 parts, under consumer rights and sales of goods act you can have a refund. So if this has happened to you, get your money back. These people are thieves.

Muito mau!! Eu cancelei a encomenda 2 dias antes de a enviarem e mesmo assim mandaram-me esperar ate eu receber a encomenda para que eu tenha que pagar os portes de envio para a Espanha! E o melhor ainda dizem que nao devolvem o custo de devolução o que e totalmente illegal!! Ja reportei esse comportamento a identidade reguladora!! Ladroes do pior!

I bought a vinyl floor mat from tenstickers.co.uk thinking it was a UK company. It isn't but they pretend to be. Therefore, you will have to pay customs tax on anything you buy from them. The mat was supposed to be 1.8m wide. They sent it in 3 pieces. Garbage company, not to be trusted.

SCAMMERS!!! Don’t order from here if you order your money and time! I was looking for a laptop sticker, as simple as that. The order was made on the 18th of December. It is currently the 7th of JANUARY. The sticker has not arrived in over 20 days! Unless there is something SERIOUSLY wrong with the shipping, if that’s the case they should inform their customers, I see no reason why a sticker should take that long to arrive. The reviews on your “official page” are fake. And if some are real, the majority are still people unhappy with their experiences, yet you choose to put false and misleading reviews on your website to scam more people instead of improving the way your website works. SHAME. ON. YOU!

Unfortunately Unfortunately, the lack of reliable information when ordering the product meant that I received a carpet cut in half. The store staff claims that the information about the carpet cutting was visible - which is not true. If I had known that it would be like this, I would never have made a purchase. After two refusals to resolve the matter, there was silence. I did not receive any reply to the information that I wanted to exercise the warranty. The inconsistency I demonstrated in the relation between the ordering process and the regulations was ignored. Information about a carpet defect ( unfitting parts and cut chipping) was also ignored.

I placed my Christmas order Dec 10th. Payment was instantly drawn from my paypal account and the I received this message in an email, "We have received your order successfully. Your ltion shortly and we will keep you informed." It 2 WEEKS LATER, Christmas eve, my stickers haven't arrived and there have been no further correspondence.

Ik heb een vinyl tapijt besteld en tot mijn grote verbazing is het tapijt doormidden gesneden geleverd!! Er zaten 2 helften in de verpakking die je als een puzzel tegen elkaar aan kunt schuiven. Het ziet er niet uit en het slaat natuurlijk nergens op. Ik heb direct een email gestuurd en het contactformulier op de website ingevuld. Ik werd uiteindelijk teruggemaild dat pakketjes die met PostNL en DHL worden verstuurd een maximale afmeting mogen hebben en als het pakketje groter is dan die maximale afmeting dan wordt het product doormidden gesneden zodat het toch in een kleiner pakket kan worden verstuurd. Wat een waanzin! Ik heb een heel tapijt besteld en niet 2 losse stukken. Verder werd mij meegedeeld dat ik het tapijt niet mag retourneren omdat het doormidden is gesneden. Ik heb het niet doormidden gesneden, dat hebben zij gedaan! Het tapijt kostte bijna € 100,- en dat geld wil ik terug. Het bedrijf verwijdert negatieve reviews van hun eigen website. Ik ga juridische stappen ondernemen en de Consumentenbond inschakelen en de tv programma's Radar en Kassa zodat niet nog meer mensen de dupe worden van deze oplichters. Ik ga hier nooit meer iets bestellen!

Slow Delivery, good quality Well, here is my story. I bought sticker for 65€ on domain tenstikers.hr without previously checking web-shop reviews. I was suspicious after I got receipt from Spain. W.T.F.? Nowhere was stated that warehouse is in Spain, and then I noticed that delivery is 10 WORKING days. Then I searched for reviews and saw really bad experience… then send mail to webshop and ask for tracking number (3 day after payment) and got it. Of course tracking number was useless, couldn’t be found on any web services… Sending mail again and ask for correct tracking number, but getting web page for tracking – https://tracking.asendia.com – and yes, tracking number exist. Package is somewhere around Paris (7-8 days after payment)? Waiting and waiting… and after 11days packed arrived to Croatia, and after 12 working days packed arrived to my address, but…. There is one big BUT. Packet was delivered on Wednesday about 12:30 AM. IT was pure luck that I was at home that time. Package was delivered by some guy without “uniform” or any indication of courier company, also he was driving black ford focus, also without any signs about company… so question is what we happen with package if I wasn’t at home that time (I was there for 3-4 min that Wednesday). And my opinion is that is the biggest problem for webshop and users – local courier company which has agreement with asendia. And shipping is not for free, at least for Croatia, its about 10€!!! So, Tenstikers, please change courier company (search for review on this site). Btw, stickers quality is very good Igor Bogut

Never make any orders or transfer money to them. This is a team of scammers. I ordered a sticker from them for the company in April 2021 and I still haven't received it. According to their words, I allegedly did not pick up the package from the post office. Although I ordered sticker to my home address, now they tell me that I have to pay again for delivery.

Tried to cancel order within 1 minute of ordering. Got an e-mail 12 hours later that said "order has been shipped". Now just waiting to see if the order even makes it here as it has a 50/50 chance per other reviews. Note to self: don;t order from foreign companies!
