“Slow Delivery, good quality
Well, here is my story. I bought sticker for 65€ on domain tenstikers.hr without previously checking web-shop reviews.
I was suspicious after I got receipt from Spain. W.T.F.? Nowhere was stated that warehouse is in Spain, and then I noticed that delivery is 10 WORKING days.
Then I searched for reviews and saw really bad experience… then send mail to webshop and ask for tracking number (3 day after payment) and got it. Of course tracking number was useless, couldn’t be found on any web services… Sending mail again and ask for correct tracking number, but getting web page for tracking – https://tracking.asendia.com – and yes, tracking number exist. Package is somewhere around Paris (7-8 days after payment)? Waiting and waiting… and after 11days packed arrived to Croatia, and after 12 working days packed arrived to my address, but…. There is one big BUT. Packet was delivered on Wednesday about 12:30 AM. IT was pure luck that I was at home that time. Package was delivered by some guy without “uniform” or any indication of courier company, also he was driving black ford focus, also without any signs about company… so question is what we happen with package if I wasn’t at home that time (I was there for 3-4 min that Wednesday). And my opinion is that is the biggest problem for webshop and users – local courier company which has agreement with asendia. And shipping is not for free, at least for Croatia, its about 10€!!! So, Tenstikers, please change courier company (search for review on this site). Btw, stickers quality is very good

“Never make any orders or transfer money to them. This is a team of scammers. I ordered a sticker from them for the company in April 2021 and I still haven't received it. According to their words, I allegedly did not pick up the package from the post office. Although I ordered sticker to my home address, now they tell me that I have to pay again for delivery.”

“Tried to cancel order within 1 minute of ordering. Got an e-mail 12 hours later that said "order has been shipped". Now just waiting to see if the order even makes it here as it has a 50/50 chance per other reviews. Note to self: don;t order from foreign companies!”
“If there were minus stars I'd give them that, literally the worst company in the world, customer service terrible, product poor, refund.... not a chance. Incompetent, unbelievable bad and incredibly dodgy, should be reported by everyone and banned from advertising!”
“Very negative experience. Ordered a custom sticker, it arrived in an unpadded / unprotected letter sized envelope, which meant the sticker was quite wrinkled and kinked; when applied it visibly shows damage. I brought this issue to the company’s attention and they simply suggested I smooth out the kinks more. Not good customer service.”

I paid for shipping fees more than any online shop and they sent me the goods with regular post office not courier and of course it has been 15 days and still haven't received it.
They don't mention that the warehouse is abroad anywhere in their page.”
“I never received my order and asked for a refund. Company agreed to do so, strung it out long enough Paypal would no longer do anything and then reneged by claiming it was delivered (it was not, there was zero proof - showed something was delivered in my city but not my address at all). Horrible!”

I ordered a vinyl mat with specific measurements: 95cm x 141cm.
Received it in two parts of 47,5cm width... Was told to tape them together....
They are refusing to reimburse me claiming it is mentioned somewhere on the website that the courrier they use only take a certain size of parcels plus any custom order is non refundable. So i am supposed to tape the two bits of mat together..... I was robbed of 62.69€
They are scammers.”

Ordered stickers more than a month ago, but the order is still in transit (from 27th Jan).
Webpage advertises the delivery within 24-48 hours, but the order was finally sent with unknown delivery services ... The customer service is absolutely non-responsive.

“This is a misleading company. In each country is pretends to be a national company hiding its actual Spanish origin and they cannot provide the quality of service they offer. In my case, I made an order in their Swiss website where they hide that the parcel will be subject to customs fees. It took long time to arrive and I had to pay the tax. I wrote the company and no response....So I went to the Swiss consumer office to make a complaint and I encourage you to do the same at your local office!”

Placed an order over a month ago and just like the other customers my order has not been delivered and they have taken the money..they will have a shock when I return home to Spain and turn up at there warehouse”

Stickers guaranteed to arrive on a certain date and 2 weeks after that dates the stickers are still lost in transit. I contacted Customer Service who said I need to wait for package and send the stickers back before receiving a refund. Never had worse experience with a company. My advise is go with anybody else who sells stickers, and don't use there company unless you have some time on your hands with their hustle”
