“Although the price was very competitive the ability to purchase my chosen supplier and obtain the Tesco points was very very frustrating as I could not click through to purchase. On calling Saga, they could not help with the points and on contacting Tesco, neither could they? I must have called 3 different Sage teams and the same number of Tesco people to try to resolve this and I'm still not sure all will work out as you promised. You should not have an offer that can't be easily purchased without masses of effort on behalf of the buyer.”
“I have rated this as poor due to my negative experience with the insurer following my purchase. I would have rated it very poor if it weren't for the excellent website and process supplied by Tesco. I have since cancelled my insurance losing £50 in the process. My experience was a fortnight of stress and distress in aggressive and unfriendly communications from the insurer with multiple threats to cancel my insurance due to their system problems. “I took out the insurance on a scooter as it was cheap and cheerful. However after taking it over 10 months on a direct debit as I have done with my car the scooter packed up and I no longer needed the insurance. What I wasn't informed is that I owe the full policy price plus costs. This was not verbally told to me when I took out the insurance so I am fighting this out. I paid the deposit and then the 1st months premium but only had the bike for 3 weeks. Make sure when ypu take a policy with this company you get them to inform you that you are taking a full years credit term agreement. Rip off in a cloak.”
