“Delivery I have been waiting for my order that I made on the 28th November still I haven't received it. Keep on getting email and WhatsApp massage notifying me that my order is on the way but end up not getting it since Friday the 5th December. Now when I check my status it say failed delivery”
“I placed my order for in-store collection - the turnaround time was very quick.
There only negative experience i had was, after having collected my perfume (I left it in the courier bag)... each store that I went into the bag had triggered the stores alarms to go off each time I exited different stores. When I got to my fourth store they had to open the package and there was a barcode sticker in there that was triggering the anti theft alarms as you exit. Was a little embarrassing”
“I did not receive the order due to uncontrolled circumstances. Damn I wanted those shoes!!!
Anyway I got 40% voucher to compensate my broken heart.

“Shopping experience was good and there was a wide variety of items however I was disappointed once the items arrived. The cushions were in a big plastic bag which was already torn and the cushion itself was dirty, likely from the packet being torn. I would have thought that the cushions themselves should have been wrapped before being placed in the packaging or at least packaged in a box. I washed the pillow cases hoping that the dirt would come off but unfortunately it seems to be stained and I'm sure a store would not allow for a refund or exchange without the tags on. I also noticed a tear on one of the cushions. Quite disappointing considering the cost of these items.”
